- Eligibility:
- The campaign is open to all new AlHilal Credit Card issuances in Jeddah during the campaign period for the following:
- AlHilal Platinum Cashback Credit Card
- AlHilal World Elite Cashback Credit Card
- Eligible participants will be selected based on the issuance date and use of Al Hilal credit cards during the campaign period (with a minimum spend of SAR 1 either retail transactions or cash withdrawals)
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible
- Campaign Mechanism:
- The campaign will run from 30/04/2026 to 05/05/2026
- Eligible customers will be awarded tickets to the Al-Hilal vs. Al-Kholoud King's Cup final, held on May 8, 2026, based on their card issuance date and spending during the campaign period, as follows:
- The first two customers selected daily between April 30, 2026 and May 4, 2026, who meet the participation requirements, will receive two unified tickets to the final match.
- The first customer to reach the maximum spending limit of SAR 10,000 during the campaign period (April 30, 2026 – May 5, 2026) will receive two premium tickets.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
- Nominees are selected based on issuance of Al-Hilal credit card and their spending on it during the campaign period
- Nominees will be notified via the bank’s customer service representatives
- If a nominee cannot be contacted, they will be excluded and an alternative winner shall be chosen.
- General Terms:
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other alternatives
- The bank has the right to announce the winners via the bank’s official website and electronic channels after notifying the customer.
- The bank has the right to disqualify any winner who violates the campaign terms and conditions.
- The customer must have an active “Webook” account to receive the tickets if they are eligible.
- The tickets will be distributed to qualifying customers 1 day before the match.
- If a credit card holder cancels their card the customer must wait 90 days before issuing a new AlHilal credit card to be eligible for the offer.
- Cardholder card status should be active at the date of to be eligible for campaign reward
- This offer is not applicable to Riyad Bank employees
- Cardholder must be 18 years old and above to avail the service.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discount.
