Riyad Bank has taken an innovative step towards streamlining communication with suppliers and expediting the purchasing cycle by introducing an online supplier portal. This portal offers a range of benefits and services to suppliers, which will contribute in the efficient and effective completion of the processes and procedures related to them, ultimately improving performance quality.

I-supplier service enables new suppliers to submit applications for registration as certified suppliers to the bank and then manage their page within this portal.

Vendors Registration and SMEs

For Local Vendors and SMEs (In Saudi Arabia):

Filling and signing the NDA Form by an authorized representative
A copy of authorization letter e-certified by the Chamber of Commerce (for the authorized representative in the banking transactions)
A copy of the Commercial Register
A copy of the profession license (e.g. contractors’ classification, transportation for value items, insurance or reinsurance, real estate appraisal, self-employment document, etc.)
A copy of the GOSI certificate
A copy of the Zakat and Income certificate
A copy of the VAT certificate
A copy of the IBAN
A copy of Memorandum of Association

For global vendors (outside Saudi Arabia):

Filling and signing the NDA Form by an authorized representative
authorization letter (for the authorized representative in the banking transactions)
A copy of the license or Commercial Register Issued by the country of origin
A copy of the IBAN
