- Spend a minimum of AED 30,000 using your Visa Card and receive a day pass access to Cle D’Or luxury lounge centrally located in the Fashion Dome as well as shop and drop services using Riyad Bank Visa Cards.
- The spending amount may be affected by changes in the currency exchange rate between Saudi Riyal and UAE Dirham.
- This promotion is valid from March 25 – June 30, 2025.
- This promotion is valid at Mall of the Emirates.
- To be eligible take part in the promotion, the customer must be a non-resident, spend a minimum of AED 30,000 using a Visa cards issued outside of UAE at luxury stores at Mall of the Emirates.
- The tourist / customer must pay with his Visa cards issued outside of UAE under his/ her name.
- The tourist customer is required to submit receipts for purchases made at any luxury store in Mall of the Emirates to the lounge team at the concierge desk at Clé D'Or. Receipts totaling up with a minimum of AED 30,000 using Visa cards issued outside of UAE receive a day pass access to the Cle D’or Lounge, shop and drop.
- The tourist customer should be the owner of the Visa card.
- The tourist customer submits the receipts of purchases made in any luxury store at the Mall of the Emirates and the passport or ID and the Visa card used to do the purchases to the lounge team on the same day of purchase.
- In case Cle D’or is in full capacity on that day, the customer will be directed to access the 9-lounge located in the Kempinski Hotel.
- Day Pass consists of maximum of 2 hours.
- This campaign is not open to staff and advertising agencies of Mall of the Emirates and Visa.
- Owners and employees of the Centre’s outlets, Majid Al Futtaim Group of Companies, their suppliers, their tenants, their employees, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- In case of suspected fraudulent transactions, Mall of the Emirates (MOE) and Visa reserve the right to deny the benefits to the customer.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes permission for Majid Al Futtaim malls, relevant sponsors, to use the participant’s personal information provided for publication and marketing purposes, without any liability whatsoever attributable to the sponsors.
- Mall gift cards, money exchange transactions, bank transactions, utility bills, and fines are excluded from this promotion.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Visa and Mall of the Emirates and Riyad Bank Terms and Condition apply.
- Any complaints or queries related to the orders has to be raised within 15 days after the closure of the campaign period.
