 1. The offer is applicable to Riyad Bank Credit Cardholders only who have received communication from the bank via SMS, Email or Mobile notification with the last 4 digits of the eligible credit card under this offer. Prepaid cards are not included on the campaign.
2. The campaign is valid from 27/11/2025 until 31/12/2025
3. Cardholder must refer to the bank’s communication message to know the group that the card belongs to.
4. The Cashback will be awarded to active and non-delinquent Riyad Bank Mastercard Credit Cards only.
5. Only online transactions are eligible for this campaign.
6. Only transactions made by directly entering the card details are eligible. Transactions completed via digital wallets are excluded.
7. Campaign does not include ATM transaction, SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals & E-wallet.
8. Qualified transactions will be calculated after deducting any reversed, voided, or disputed transactions.
9. Riyad Bank staff, Private banking customers are not eligible in this campaign.
10. Riyad Bank reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time after notifying the customer. This Offer becomes null and void in the event it has been removed from Riyad Bank website. Existing beneficiaries of this campaign will not be affected by its withdrawal.
11. If any customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign, the bank has the right to exclude that customer at any stage of the campaign.
12. Eligibility Criteria: Eligible Transactions: online transactions made during the campaign period using eligible Mastercard credit cards from Riyad Bank, and within the merchant categories eligible for the customer.
13. The Vouchers will be sent to qualifying cardholders within 30 working days after the completion of the campaign period via SMS.
