- The campaign is valid from 01/04/2026 until 27/04/2026
- Cardholders who have the highest spend on their credit or prepaid card during the campaign period will receive tickets to the 2026 World Cup Match.
- Eligibility requirements for obtaining FIFA official match ticket and merchandise packages:
- Top 2 highest Credit Card Spenders during campaign period will receive match ticket packages for 2 people for the FIFA World Cup 2026 for various group stages
- Top 1 highest Prepaid Card Spender during campaign period will receive match ticket packages for 2 people for the FIFA World Cup 2026 for various group stages
- The top 1,300 spending customers using credit and prepaid cards will receive official FIFA merchandise.
- Details about FIFA match ticket packages and official merchandise:
- The FIFA World Cup 2026 package includes a return business class tickets from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to USA and 4-5 hotel accommodation, airport transfers, transportation to / from the match and up to USD 750 prepaid card - – A total of 3 packages (2 for credit card holders and 1 for prepaid card holder)
- Each eligible customer can receive a prize only once.
- The three eligible customers will receive prizes that include packages to attend FIFA World Cup™ matches
- The eligible customers in the campaign offered by Riyad Bank must sign documents related to travel and bookings before their name is announced and the competition prize is handed over to them.
- The eligible customers must give the information of their companion and the companion to accompany him for the match tickets cannot be changed.
- Campaign Exclusion Criteria:
- Campaign prizes will only be awarded to active and non-delinquent Riyad Bank Credit and Prepaid Cards only.
- The campaign does not include ATM transaction, SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals, or e-wallet transactions.
- Any refunds, returns, disputed transactions, cash withdrawals, fees, payments, or wallet transfer transactions are not considered part of campaign eligibility.
- Riyad Bank employees and Private banking clients will be excluded from this campaign.
- Failure to provide or present valid identification (residency/passport) is considered a violation of the contest rules.
- Riyad Bank has the right to replace an eligible customer with another customer if the eligible customer does not respond within 3 days.
- Riyad Bank reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time after notifying the customer. Existing beneficiaries of this campaign will not be affected by its withdrawal.
- Any potential complaints from the participating cardholders regarding the award amount to Riyad Line 8001242225 will only be reviewed within the 30 days after the award period. Any complaints after this will not be considered.
