Eligibility requirements for obtaining FIFA official match ticket and merchandise packages:
- The qualified cardholders will be selected based on cardholders who reach the defined spending thresholds first within the campaign period (SAR 20,000 for credit cards and SAR 3,000 for prepaid cards).
- Prize selection criteria:
- The first 2 credit cardholders who meet the qualification above in point 2 during campaign period will receive match ticket packages for 2 people for the FIFA World Cup 2026 for various group stages.
- The first prepaid cardholders who meet the qualification above in point 2 during campaign period will receive match ticket packages for 2 people for the FIFA World Cup 2026 for various group stages.
- The first 1,300 credit or prepaid cardholders who meet the qualification above in point 2 will receive official FIFA merchandise.

Details about FIFA match ticket packages:
- The FIFA World Cup 2026 package includes tickets to attend FIFA World Cup™ matches, a return business class tickets from Saudi Arabia to USA, 4-5 hotel accommodation, airport transfers, transportation to / from the match and up to USD 750 prepaid card
- Each qualified customer can receive a ticket package only once.
- The selected qualified cardholders for FIFA match ticket packages must sign the required documents to complete the travel procedures before the competition prize is handed over to them.
- The selected qualified cardholders must give their information required to complete the travel procedures and that of their companion to accompany them for the match which cannot be changed.

Campaign Exclusion Criteria:
- Campaign prizes will only be awarded to active and non-delinquent Riyad Bank Credit and Prepaid Cards only.
- The campaign does not include ATM transaction, SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals, or e-wallet transactions.
- Any refunds, returns, disputed transactions, cash withdrawals, fees, payments, or wallet transfer transactions are not considered part of campaign eligibility.
- Riyad Bank employees and Private banking clients will be excluded from this campaign.
- Failure to present valid identification (residency/passport) is considered a violation of the contest rules.
- Riyad Bank has the right to replace a qualified cardholder with another qualified cardholder if they did not respond within 3 days.
- Not having a valid visa for the countries in which the matches will be held, allowing its holder to enter and stay in those countries for the purpose of attending the FIFA World Cup 2026 Matches.
- The existence of legal impediments that prevent the eligible cardholder from traveling.
- Riyad Bank reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time after notifying customers. Existing beneficiaries of this campaign will not be affected by its withdrawal.
- Any potential complaints from the participating cardholders regarding the campaign to Riyad Line 8001242225 will only be reviewed within the 30 days after the campaign period. Any complaints after this will not be considered.
