1. Campaign is applicable only for Visa Riyad Bank Credit and Prepaid cardholders who have received communication from Riyad Bank via SMS, email or mobile notification.
2. The campaign is valid from 26/11/2025 until 31/12/2025
3. The Cashback will be awarded to active and non-delinquent Visa Riyad Bank Credit and Prepaid Cards only.
4. Only International online and point of sale transactions are eligible for this campaign.
5. Campaign does not include ATM transaction, SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals & E-wallet.
6. Qualified transactions will be calculated after deducting any reversed, voided, or disputed transactions.
7. Riyad Bank staff, Private banking customers will be excluded from this campaign.
8. Riyad Bank reserves the right to withdraw the campaign at any time after notifying the customer. This Offer becomes null and void in the event it has been removed from Riyad Bank website. Existing beneficiaries of this campaign will not be affected by its withdrawal.
9. If any customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign, the bank has the right to exclude that customer at any stage of the campaign. 10. Eligibility Criteria:
• Eligible Transactions: International online and point of sale transactions made during the campaign period using eligible Visa credit and prepaid cards from Riyad Bank.
• The customer will be notified of the eligible card and eligible via SMS, email, or mobile notifications.
• One (1) Qualified Card per customer is eligible for one (1) award during the Period.
11. Cashback will be calculated and paid at the end of the campaign, but not later than 31/01/2026.
12. Statement credit message will contain the following wording: “Cross Border Campaign Cashback”.
13. Any potential complaints from the participating cardholders regarding the award amount to Riyad Line 8001242225 will only be reviewed within the 30 days after the award period end date of. Any complaints after this period will not be considered.
14. Terms and conditions for credit and prepaid cards from Riyad Bank apply.
