Hassad Rewards program is a loyalty program provided by Riyad Bank as an appreciation to our customers, where they can gain Hassad points through their banking transactions such as, bill payments through digital channels, POS transactions, using Credit cards in purchases locally and internationally. As they can obtain Hassad points and redeem them through a bundle of merchants that suits their life style (tourism, fashion, local and international hotels, fitness, entertainment) and much more that meets their needs.

In Riyad Bank, we care to promote sharing between Riyad Bank customers and their loved ones; Hassad program registered customers can transfer points as gifts to family and friends registered in Hassad program and sharing the digital voucher with Friends and family as desired by the customer.

When applying to Riyad Bank Credit Cards you are automatically enrolled to Hassad Rewards program, excluding:

• Prepaid card
• Virtual card
• Ladies Visa Signature Credit Card

Where their transaction are excluded from the program.

If you were not Riyad Bank Credit Card holder you can enrolled on Hassad Rewards page through Riyad Online and Riyad Mobile.

Yes, all additional points gained will be added on the main card/account.

Hassad Rewards Program is free and does not have any subscription fees.

Hassad Points ends within 12 month of the customer earned them, where he cannot refund them after the expiration date.

There is no maximum limit of Hassad points.

In order to redeem your points with digital voucher you need to have at least 1000 points in your Hassad membership, in case the total of your points is less than the 1000 points you will not be able to redeem your points, knowing that the worth of vouchers differ from one merchant to another.

You can redeem your Hassad points through Digital Hassad Mall, by login to Riyad Online or Riyad Mobile and follow the below steps:

• Enter Hassad Rewards Program
• Choose Redeem Points page
• Digital Hassad mall will pop up
• After agreeing on the terms and conditions you can choose your preferred merchant and redeem your points
• You will received your voucher via Email and SMS, therefore please make sure to update your information within Riyad Bank
• Now you can visit the merchant and show the voucher received by SMS or Email for merchant to be scanned with all ease.

It is Hassad Points Digital vouchers redeeming platform, where Hassad Mall provides you with a bundle of local and international merchants through a variety of categories to fit your lifestyle needs.
 

Customers registered in Hassad program can visit Digital Hassad Mall to know the new and current Hassad merchants, for non-registered you can visit Hassad partners page.

Hassad rewards cannot be returned or exchange it with cash.

Hassad points cannot be transferred or refunded.

You can used your digital voucher for online shopping if it was mentioned in the merchant’s terms and conditions.
 

You will receive your Digital Voucher immediately by SMS and Email when confirming your request and redeeming your points, to know the status of your previous request you can sign in to Hassad Mall through Riyad Online or Riyad Mobile and chose (My Gift Cards).
 

Each voucher has an expiry date by the merchant. Please revise the terms and conditions of the digital voucher received in your email with all the needed details to guarantee fun and easy shopping experience.
 

Riyad Bank and Hassad Mall solution provider are not responsible in Hassad Mall hold accountability towards losing, damage or the stealing of the Digital voucher.

You can use your digital voucher through copying the reference number below the digital voucher that was received by SMS and Email, and then paste the reference number at the checkout page or account wallet of the merchant in order the to add the balance to your account in the application or website according to the merchant terms and conditions.
