Riyad Bank announced the launch of its Digital Partnerships Program and its association with a venture capital fund of SR 100 million, which is the first bank that has an investment capital in the field of Fintech. This came during the conference themed “Fintech 100” held on the sidelines of the Future Investment Initiative 2019 in Riyadh.

This came during the conference themed “Fintech 100” held on the sidelines of the Future Investment Initiative 2019 in Riyadh.</p><p>The program aims to forge strategic partnerships with entrepreneurs and tech companies, provide solutions and support in the field of financial technologies, and create new industries and innovative business models.</p><p>Tariq Al Sadhan, Riyad Bank CEO, said that the proliferation of technology has fueled the emergence of Fintech, which have impacted business models and increased tech-savvy customers as per the global changes taking place towards a digital future.</p><p>He added that Riyad bank is partnering with digital startups’ and entrepreneurs to innovate digital services and expedite the process of launching new products.</p><p>It is worthy noted that Riyad Bank aims to make this program as one of the most influential initiatives to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030 through empowering SMEs and developing the financial sector, and the Fintech.</p>
