Audit Committee

Member of the Audit Committee of Riyad Bank since 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from King Faisal University, Master’s Degree in Finance from University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom and PhD in Finance from Middlesex University London with wide experience in the investment and planning sectors.

Dr. Mubarak is currently a General Supervisor of Investment Management and Resource Development Alahsa Municipality, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of Majd Investment and a Member of the Audit Committee of the Almoosa Health Group.
