The offer is applicable to Riyad Bank Mastercard Credit Cardholders only who have received communication from the bank via SMS, Email or Mobile notification with the last 4 digits of the eligible credit card under this offer. Prepaid cards or Bouki are not included on the campaign.
Cardholder must refer to the bank’s communication message to know the group that the card belongs to.

Eligible transaction for this campaign is defined as:
Card present Transactions made at international merchant POS terminal OR Card Not Present Online transactions paid in currency other than SAR only will be considered as eligible transaction
Transactions made at international Restaurants, Fast food, Dining places, Taxi, Cabs, Taxi hailing applications, Fuel top ups will be considered as eligible transactions under this offer. The transactions will be identified as per the Merchant Category Code(MCC) *classification done by Visa or Mastercard. Bank reserves all rights to exclude any transaction, which are not compliant with this globally accepted classification

The offers will be applied to eligible transactions during the campaign period.
Campaign does not include SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals and E-wallet transactions.
The Voucher will be awarded to active and non-delinquent Cards meeting the campaign criteria at the time of fulfilment.
Any refunds, returns, disputed transactions, cash advance, fees, payments, wallet transfer transactions are not part of the campaign eligibility.
The Cashback to eligible qualifiers will be credited to their Riyad Bank credit card account within 30 working days after the completion of the campaign period.
If the customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign or the terms and conditions of the product, the bank has the right to exclude the contestant or the winner at any stage of the competition, and Riyad Bank is entitled to replace him with another customer, if the bank considers this at its absolute discretion.
Riyad Bank employees and Private Banking customers will be excluded from this campaign.
Any complaints, queries or concerns regarding the campaign must be raised within 30 days of the campaign closure date.
