Mada Card Renewal Channels

Now customers can easily renew your card through multiple channels:

• Riyad Self Service (Kiosk machine)
• Riyad Online (website)
• Riyad mobile application

Riyad Self Service (Kiosk machine)

1. Login in to kiosk (using debit card number, username or user ID and password)

2. Choose “print debit card”

3. Choose “renewal”

4. Choose the card requested for renewal

5. Confirm

6. Printing will start immediately and you may collect your card

Riyad Online

1. Login to Riyad Online using your user ID & password

2. Select “Accounts & Cards” from the main menu

3. Select “debit cards” tab

4. Select the desired debit card

5. Select “Renew the Card”

6. New card details will be displayed

*Your card will be delivered to your registered address in Riyad Bank.

Riyad mobile application

1. Login to Riyad Mobile using your user ID & password

2. Select “Accounts & Cards” from the main menu

3. Select “debit cards” tab

4. Select the desired debit card

5. Select “Renew the Card”
