His Excellency Majed Al-Hogail, the Minister of Housing, honored Riyad Bank for sponsoring RESTATEX, Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition between 23 and 27 of April 2017.
<p>His Excellency Majed Al-Hogail, the Minister of Housing, honored Riyad Bank for sponsoring RESTATEX, Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition between 23 and 27 of April 2017.</p><p>Riyad Bank provides a wide range of real estate financing solutions for readymade and incomplete properties or pieces of land, in addition to the ability of joint finance for spouses or family members. Similarly, Riyad Bank offers many different facilities for mortgages such as financing up to an amount of SAR 5 Million and a repayment period of up to 30 years, with Shariah-compliant forms of Murabaha and Ijara.</p><p>It is important to note that the Bank has launched The Subsidized Home Finance and Al-Moyassar Home Mortgage Programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and The Real Estate Development Fund. This will allow Saudi citizens, who have been granted an approval for home financing, to get a financial subsidy to cover the profit margin amount.</p>
