The offer is applicable only to Riyad Bank Mastercard Debit Cardholders who have received communication from Riyad Bank via SMS, email or mobile notification.
Earn up to 20% cashback for all international spends using your Debit cards. Spends at international merchant point-of-sale(POS) terminals and ONLINE transactions with international merchants are included.
Card Present Purchase transactions at merchant POS terminals outside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only are eligible. digital wallets purchase transation such as Apple pay , Mada Pay ..etc will be execluded
Customer must refer to the campaign qualification table below to know the minimum spend required to be eligible under this offer.
Customer must refer to the bank’s communication message to know the group that the customer belongs to.
Highest spenders in each group will be considered as winners of the campaign as per the Campaign Qualification Table.
Offer does not include SADAD payments, transfers, ATM cash withdrawals and E-wallet transactions .
Any refunds, returns, disputed transactions are not part of the campaign eligibility.
Cashback will be awarded only to the winners with active Cards meeting the campaign criteria at the time of fulfilment.
Highest spenders meeting campaign criteria will be considered for the cashback rewards.
Cashback will be awared within 30 working days after the completion of the campaign period.
The bank reserves the right to announce the winners names on its website and digital channels.
If the customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign or the terms and conditions of the product, the bank has the right to exclude the cardholder at any stage of the campaign, and Riyad Bank is entitled to replace the cardholder with another customer, at the absolute discretion of the bank.
Any complaints, queries or concerns regarding the campaign must be raised within 40 days of the campaign closure date.
Private segment customers and Riyad bank employees are excluded from this campaign
