<p>Riyad Bank held its annual Branch Managers Meeting on Saturday 23 January 2016 in Riyadh, which was attended by senior executives at the bank, namely the Rashed Al-Abdulaziz Al-Rashed, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Riyad Bank, Talal Al-Qudaibi, Chief Executive Officer of Riyad Bank, Abdulmajeed Almobarak, Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Riyad Bank, the Bank’s executive vice presidents, the branch managers of different regions across the Kingdom, and the area managers.</p><p>The Chairman, Rashed Abdulaziz Al-Rashed, thanked the employees at the branches and in other divisions for their ongoing efforts while emphasizing the importance of quality service provided to customers, encouraging them to work harder in order to meet the customers’ expectations and aspirations.</p><p>The CEO, Talal Al-Qudaibi, confirmed on his part the importance of offering the best service possible, and concluded by reviewing the key elements of 2016 plan, goals and priorities, clarifying that the staff at the branches play a key role in achieving such goals.</p><p>While Hani Abu Al Naja, Executive Vice Presidents of Branches, made a general presentation about service quality accompanied by a video of a typical day in the life of a branch managers, and shared some of the Bank’s activities on social media and with regard to smart branches.</p><p>The conference witnessed open and productive discussions where a number of suggestions aimed at improving the Bank’s businesses and services, as well as working mechanisms were presented by various executives. The conference was concluded with distributing prizes and honorary souvenirs to the top performing employees of 2015 across the Kingdom.</p>
