<p>The minister of Housing, Majed bin Abdullah Al Hogail, honored Riyad Bank for winning the “Best Real Estate Development Program” award for 2015, which is a new achievement added to Riyad Bank after obtaining SAMA’s first approval among all banks on Off-Plan Financing.</p><p>This was during Riyad Bank’s participation at Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition (RESTATEX Riyadh) which was recently held under the patronage of the Minister of Housing and sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The exhibition was attended by a number of banks and leading companies in the field of real estate and finance.</p><p>Saleh Al-Saif, Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Services and Products at Riyad Bank, expressed his pride to receive such an award and said “we appreciate the confidence in Riyad Bank and the recognition of its financing programs that the Bank is constantly trying to improve to meet its customers aspirations”.</p><p>Al-Saif added “we, at Riyad Bank, are always keen to review the conditions and the benefits of our products in general, and mortgages in particular, to improve these products and adapt them to fulfill the customers’ requirements and needs to own the appropriate house that suits their lifestyle”.</p>
