Riyad Bank participates in improving the performance and skills of 1,334 students at PNU

As part of an ongoing partnership between Princess Noura University and Riyad Bank, the bank recently sponsored a host of trial interviews and career guidance sessions for the university’s graduates, which was held at the conference center inside the campus of the university.

<p>As part of an ongoing partnership between Princess Noura University and Riyad Bank, the bank recently sponsored a host of trial interviews and career guidance sessions for the university’s graduates, which was held at the conference center inside the campus of the university.</p><p>Through sponsoring this event, the bank seeks to empower both Saudi women and the university in order to reach a more advanced and developed society in all areas. Riyad Bank is honored to be the first bank to hire Saudi females in which now the number of female employees at the bank has reached over 1,400, all of whom are Saudi nationals and one of them is an executive vice president.</p><p>The event targeted 1,334 students who are expected to graduate this year, where the new graduates’ performance and level of readiness were evaluated. Graduates were introduced to the evaluation system as well as their strengths, weaknesses, areas for development and skills required for actual interviews, which are an essential part of the recruitment process.</p>
