<p>Riyad Bank participated in RESTATEX, Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition starting from 24th of April until 27th of April under the patronage of Housing Minister Majed Al-Hugail, with the participation of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as well as a number of elite real estate and financing companies, and Saudi and Gulf banks.</p><p>Saleh Al-Saif, Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Services and Products at Riyad Bank, said that the Bank’s participations in these exhibitions in general, and in RESTATEX in particular, have a main objective of communicating with the audience directly to keep them informed about the special offers and other financing solutions that suit their needs.</p><p>Al-Saif pointed out that Riyad Bank’s participation comes following a successful participation in RESTATEX Jeddah where Riyad Bank’s financing programs were the easiest, fastest and most flexible across the Kingdom. He explained that the Bank offers many different facilities for mortgages such as financing up to SAR 5 Million and a repayment period extending to 30 years, under the following three shariah compliant forms: Murabaha including REDF supplementary mortgage Finance, Ijara with the promise of ownership Finance and off-plan Ijara Finance.</p>
