<p>Riyad Bank launched new features for Hassad Rewards Program to include most of Riyad Bank products and services, not just credit cards only. This step comes part of the bank’s plans to improve its offering to customers and to make them feel more valued and appreciated.</p><p>Riyadh Al-Zahrani, Executive Vice President of Retail Banking Division at Riyad Bank, said that the bank is keen on creating products and services that are carefully designed to fulfill the customers’ needs and expectations. He explained that Hassad Rewards Program has become more comprehensive with the opportunity of earning Hassad points automatically as a result of almost any transaction performed by the customer registered in the program. He also added that registering in the program is a simple process that takes place through Riyad Online website.</p><p>Al-Zahrani added that Hassad points can now be earned through the use of debit cards, when paying bills, when using the Bank’s digital channels, and when the salary is transferred to the Bank, along with other banking transactions. He pointed out that Hassad points can also be transferred as a gift to any registered customer in the program.</p><p>Al-Zahrani referred to the possibility of redeeming Hassad points for vouchers at one of Riyad Bank’s approved merchants, where beneficiaries can request the voucher through Riyad Online, Riyad Mobile, or by calling 920002470, then they can print the vouchers from any Riyad Bank ATM.</p>
