Riyad Bank participated in the largest annual real estate event in Saudi Arabia "Restatex Riyadh Real Estate", under the patronage of His Excellency Majed Alhogail, the Minister of Housing. This event was held on 21– 24 April 2019, where the bank has launched numerous financing solutions aimed to provide suitable housing chance for citizens.
<p>Riyad Bank participated in the largest annual real estate event in Saudi Arabia "Restatex Riyadh Real Estate", under the patronage of His Excellency Majed Alhogail, the Minister of Housing. This event was held on 21– 24 April 2019, where the bank has launched numerous financing solutions aimed to provide suitable housing chance for citizens.</p><p>Riyad Bank has offered a wide range of innovative finance solutions especially designed for all the beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund who work in the governmental sector, semi- governmental sector, private sector, banking sector, and retired persons. The mortgage finance can reach an amount up to SAR 3,000,000 and repayment period up to 30 years with a competitive profit margin.</p><p>It is worth to mention that Riyad Bank has sponsored such exhibition to promote and enhance the real estate finance in view of the remarkable growth in this sector globally, in order to strengthen the Kingdom’s economy, and the trade movement, in addition to expanding the infrastructure projects.</p>
