- The offer is applicable to Riyad Bank Credit Cardholders only who have received communication from the bank via SMS, Email or Mobile notification with the last 4 digits of the eligible credit card under this offer. Prepaid cards are not included on the campaign.
- Cardholder must refer to the bank’s communication message to know the group that the card belongs to.
- To qualify for the campaign, the FIRST retail purchase made with the eligible credit card must exceed the minimum spend defined for the campaign, as outlined in the campaign's eligibility criteria table.
- The offers will be applied to all purchases made through points of sale or the online retail purchase transactions only during the campaign period.
- Eligible cardholder has been grouped based on card issuance and card usage behavior.
- Campaign does not include SADAD payments, transfers, cash withdrawals.
- The Al Mosafer Voucher will be awarded to active and non-delinquent Cards meeting the campaign criteria at the time of fulfilment.
- Any refunds, returns, disputed transactions, cash advance, fees, payments are not part of the campaign eligibility.
- The Vouchers will be sent to qualifying cardholders within 30 working days after the completion of the campaign period via SMS.
- If the customer violates any of the terms and conditions of this campaign or the terms and conditions of the product, the bank has the right to exclude the contestant or the winner at any stage of the competition after notifying the customer, and Riyad Bank is entitled to replace him with another customer, if the bank considers this at its absolute discretion.
- Riyad Bank employees and Private Banking customers will be excluded from this campaign.
